Generative AI Use Policy
1 INTRODUCTION
(a) This document sets out the Generative AI Use Policy of Player 2 AI Pty Ltd ABN 32 671 057 391 (referred to in this Generative AI Use Policy as ‘Player2.tax’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), the owner and operator of the Player2.tax service.
(b) This Generative AI Use Policy applies when you use our web application accessible at chat.player2.tax (“AI Tool”) and describes acceptable use, data handling, quality control, security, and accountability measures of Player2.tax, a tax chat bot developed by Player 2 AI Pty Ltd.
(c) We may update this Generative AI Use Policy from time to time by posting an updated copy on our website and we encourage you to check our website regularly to ensure that you are aware of our most current Generative AI Use Policy.
2 ACCEPTABLE USE
2.1 INTENDED USE
Users may use the AI Tool to:
(a) address generic tax-related questions;
(b) provide basic information on Australian tax laws and Australian Tax Office policies; and
(c) perform mathematical calculations pertinent to tax.
2.2 PROHIBITED USE
Users must not use the AI Tool to:
(a) make inquiries about tax evasion, loopholes, or any other unlawful activities;
(b) engage in any illegal activity using our service; or
(c) attempt to jailbreak or manipulate the AI Tool.
(a) All data entered into the AI Tool is stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.
(b) Player2.tax reserves the right to access the chat history in order to continuously improve the service provided to users.
(c) Our privacy policy (accessible here: https://player2.tax/legals/privacy-policy) is intended to align with the Australian Privacy Principles, GDPR guidelines, and accounts for the storage and processing of sensitive information.
(d) Player2.tax may use application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by OpenAI. Data provided to Player2.tax may be sent to OpenAI as part of the use of these APIs, however this data will not be stored or utilised by OpenAI. You can find OpenAI’s terms and policies at Terms & policies (openai.com).
(e) If Player2.tax uses the collected data for training purposes, it will be de-identified to ensure privacy as per our privacy policy.
(f) Users are advised against entering sensitive data, such as Tax File Numbers (TFNs) into the AI Tool. Player2.tax will make all reasonable efforts to tag and secure all sensitive information within our systems.

4 QUALITY CONTROL
The AI Tool is still in development and has a number of limitations. By using the AI Tool, you acknowledge and agree that the following limitations and controls apply:
(a) The AI Tool is still being trained to be able to perform mathematical equations accurately and precisely for the purpose of tax calculations relating to Australian laws and tax policies. Where possible, if the AI Tool identifies a "$" symbol, it will alert users, reminding them of its learning curve related to comprehensive mathematical comprehension.
(b) The AI Tool might occasionally confuse tax rates or brackets, especially in situations where numbers or dates are similar. The user must always ensure that they double check and verify any numbers, dates or calculations that the AI Tool provides.
(c) Information that the AI Tool provides will reference its source where possible. Users are should always cross-verify this data to ensure validity before relying on it.
5 SECURITY
(a) Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS, with a fully encrypted database (using AES256).
(b) All public internet communications are facilitated through HTTPS.
(c) Access to internal databases is restricted exclusively to Player2.tax employees on a strict need-to-know basis.
6 DISCLAIMER
(a) By using the AI Tool, you acknowledge and agree that the AI Tool may give you advice, recommendations, information or assistance, based on the data it contains in its knowledge base. While Player2.tax contains a knowledge base containing reputable and official sources of information such as the Australian Tax Office and Australian legislative instruments, we don’t give any warranty of accuracy, appropriateness or reliability that the AI Tool provides.
(b) Information and advice provided by the AI Tool is intended to be general in nature and is not intended to constitute or substitute for professional advice. Unless required by law, Player2.tax will not accept any liability or responsibility (including liability for negligence) for any loss suffered because of your or any other person’s reliance on any such information or advice.
(c) Users should always seek personalised advice from a licensed professional or expert in the field before relying on any information provided by the AI Tool.
