Player2.tax shutting down in 1 month
First of all I wanted to say a big thank you for your loyalty and for using the Player2.tax service. I hope you've found it useful and that it has streamlined your taxation research efforts.
The technology platform has been acquired and will be repurposed. Given that, we are sunsetting the Player2.tax platform over the next month with the platform being finally shut on December 11, 2024.
Data
Please note that no personal data (including email addresses) or chat history will be transferred as part of this acquisition process. To request a copy of your data please reply to this email from the address you used to sign up to Player2.tax by December 11, 2024 and we will send you a copy prior to the platform end date. After that date, all personal and conversational data will be deleted from Player2.tax servers.
Billing
For users that are subscribed to Player2.tax Unlimited, final monthly billings have already taken place and you will not be billed again. You will have access to Player2.tax Unlimited until December 11, 2024.
Alternatives to Player2.tax
In terms of alternative platforms that are within a similar price range, we would recommend either:
ChatGPT Plus with Web Search: https://chatgpt.com/
Perplexity Pro: https://www.perplexity.ai/
Both of these platforms are getting better at pulling up-to-date taxation data and formulating accurate responses. As always however, make sure to double check answers, especially important information.
